湖南常德人，太空音樂人。愛好詩詞創作和新聞寫作，著有詩詞《中國航天日：詩詞話航天》《天和賦》《銅鼓賦》和歌曲《椰海逐夢》。

海南華僑中學美麗沙分校音樂教師，海南省合唱協會理事。改編合唱歌曲《因愛閃光》《椰海逐夢》《萬里海天第一棒》等，代表作品《請黨放心 航天有我》。
